Fabolous - "I'M RAW" (OFFICIAL VIDEO) from By Any Means T.V. on Vimeo. Last month Fab "had the internet goin' nuts" *Paul Wall voice* with the release of There is No Competition 2 mixtape. One of 5519's favorite punchliners has come with a visually stimulating video for I'm Raw. Taking place in a butchers freezer, the aesthetics are a good play on the title of the song. Artists are starting to produce quality production with little budgets. #waveofthefuture
We invited a few of the homies: Laurence,Ruth, Rashida and Traci over for dinner then asked them if they seen any of the wild ass videos that circulate the internet...so instead of just showing them one we showed them alllll. Shout out to the homie Traci with all that hair! lol Her commentary is hilarious...
We here on the world wide web would like to think that this is a free exchange of information where fellow bloggers can share their creative insight with out the fear of being ridiculed, criticized or better yet robbed. But we all know that in this day in age that is not the case. But we at 5519 like to give respect where respect is due. So todays Blogger Appreciation Day would like to highlight the fine folks over at NSF56K: Not Suitable for 56k. They pride themselves on giving you vintage/classic photography that crosses the line hops back over it, erases the line then draws a circle instead...visit them and give them our regards. NSF56K
The first weekend of April at Howard is always great because the Yard is always fully arrayed with beautiful black people and that first weekend means BBQ's galore. We stopped by the homegirls Devan's crib for a lil cookout
Jermaine starts his college tour at SOB's in New York to a sold out crowd. After a cheering crowd screamed "Encore", Cole decided to give the crowd an unreleased track "Who Dat". Sounds like some 1990's Tribe.
